What are we looking for?

  • As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing and onboarding new hires from within the affiliate marketing industry
  • You must possess a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including knowledge of major companies, advertisers, publishers, and affiliate marketing networks such as Impact, Rakuten, AWIN, etc.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on affiliate marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job sites
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a recruiter
  • You must be comfortable in a startup environment and comfortable taking 200% ownership.
  • You must be ambitious and motivated by a large career upside (both financial and professional)
  • Obsessed about maintaining high standards of performance and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates with expertise in affiliate marketing on advertiser-facing roles, publisher-facing roles, and technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Write and proofread compelling job descriptions
  • Optimize job listings on LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and experience.
  • Maintain a database of applicants using applicant tracking software
  • Onboard successful candidates into the company
  • Build and maintain a network of industry professionals to tap into for future recruitment needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on industry-specific hiring trends and best practices.
  • Implement and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring for affiliate marketing roles.
  • Leverage data and metrics to track the success of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
