We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Target-Based Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Target-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet specific hiring goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess their suitability for specific roles based on defined criteria.
Target Setting: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to establish clear hiring targets, including the number of hires needed within a specific timeframe.
Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including but not limited to time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, best practices, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
