We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Target-Based Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Target-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet specific hiring goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization maintains a competitive advantage by hiring the best-fit candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess their suitability for specific roles based on defined criteria.
- Target Setting: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to establish clear hiring targets, including the number of hires needed within a specific timeframe.
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including but not limited to time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, best practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Number of hires made within the defined timeframe.
- Time-to-fill for open positions.
