CableCom is seeking a skilled Recruiter to support several offices in the Western Region for a cable construction company. The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting in the areas of talent acquisition, staffing, onboarding, and support of other HR initiatives as assigned. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the following states within the United States: California, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Washington.
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
What You’ll Do…
- Review and pre-screen candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Leverages online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, Trade Schools, etc.) as one of many methods for identifying and sourcing potential leads
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Build relationships with potential candidates
- Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System
- Communicate regularly with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Support Human Resources Manager in the development and implementation of creative recruitment, employer brand solutions, and talent programs to cultivate a robust talent pipeline
- Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, colleges and universities, and industry organizations
Who we are looking for…
- You have hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- You have 3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition
- You have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), preferably iCIMS
- You have an associate's/bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- You may have a Recruiter or Sourcing certification
- You possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions.
