DocVocate is a VC-backed, rapidly growing Healthtech startup on a mission to make medical claim processing easy for doctors and patients. Our software platform is a first of its kind, universal, AI-driven claims management solution for healthcare providers.

There is significant product demand. We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to build efficient and effective sales processes and manage projects. In this high-impact position, you will work directly with our CEO and cross functionally with CX, Product, and Business Development. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate that resides in or near the US Pacific Time Zone. If you are a self-starter who is excited about systems, processes, and working tirelessly to achieve success, we would love to meet with you



Responsibilities and Duties
  • This role will be 50% sales operations and 50% general operations/project management in the short term.
  • Build out and manage new sales processes and systems crucial to DocVocate’s growth.
  • Use data to increase efficiencies in the sales process.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and solve process gaps to enable rapid scalability.
  • Assist in a broader operations capacity by taking on a project management role.
  • Help provide business development support to the CEO on existing and new customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in sales operations or sales strategy in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company (preferably b2b software).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, using sales technology, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work well under time pressure, exhibiting thoughtful prioritization coupled with timely and transparent communication.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in ambiguous, startup environments.
  • You demonstrate leadership qualities throughout your work - taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting your colleagues, and setting the standard for quality in your deliverables.
