The Opportunity:
- All of the duties of a Talent Ops Partner and the following:
- Willingness to own projects directly or adjacent to your day to day responsibilities
- Proactively engaging talent for pipeline creation against hard to fill functions
- Process Improvement is top of mind as you work day in and day out; always striving to create more efficiency
- Self-starter with thinking outside the scope of recruiting talent and bringing projects you want to work on to the Global Head of Talent Operations
- Understanding and experience in running training sessions/programs
- Ability to articulate equity offering
- Achievement of a 90%+ close rate
- Mentoring of Talent Operations Specialist with Sourcing and Interviewing
About You:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment or as a HRBP
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an external recruitment capacity
- Proven ability to hire high volume with speed and accuracy of hire
- Experience leveraging a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Greenhouse
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
About the Team:
As a Senior Talent Operations Partner you are responsible for aligning with hiring managers and teams on find, interview, evaluate, offer, and ultimately hire Treasure Data employees. Your ability to digest hiring criteria and translate into an actionable plan to attract and source the right talent is paramount to the company's success. You should be a driver focused on building winning teams centered in diverse perspectives. You are an innovator and proactively bringing new ideas on how to engage different talent pools with the Treasure Data brand. You’re active in the talent acquisition community with meetups, virtual events, and mentors.Physical Requirements:
- If with in commuting distance to an office willing and able to be in office a minimum of 8 times per month
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional Travel needed for onsite recruitment events and team building
