Recruiting and Engagement Partner
The position requires an experienced Recruiter and Engagement Partner who will assist SourceAmerica in accomplishing its mission by recruiting and retaining great talent on our team! Our staff plays a direct role in the success of the NPA network and the AbilityOne Program. SourceAmerica supports a network of over 400 nonprofit agencies (NPAs) across the United States under the AbilityOne Program. These NPAs perform service and product contracts mainly for federal government agencies and help employ over 40,000 people with disabilities nationally.

Responsibilities
As SourceAmerica's Recruiting and Engagement Partner, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview or at offer.
This position develops, implements, and monitors programs that influence who joins our team (recruiting), how we continually engage those employees, and foster a high-performing team culture within the organization (engagement).
This role is responsible for ensuring we are recruiting and retaining a diverse population of employees, developing an inclusive environment, and building high-performing teams with commitment to company values. This Partner serves as the HR ombudsman to employees throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle including recruiting, initial employee orientation, employee development, training, and succession plans.
Ensures SourceAmerica’s recruiting programs target essential skill sets and experience and foster the development of a diverse population of employees. Supports managers in their pursuit to hire the best candidates to fulfill SourceAmerica’s mission.
Partners with VP, Human Resources and HR Business Partners to determine manpower planning needs across business units taking into consideration data from the succession planning program, professional development programs, skill gap analysis, and business needs according to the strategic plan.
Develops strong engagement with candidates and hiring managers through the sourcing, interviewing, and selection process.
Handles the candidate-to-employee transition happens smoothly, such as: candidates receive all accurate new hire documentation in a timely manner, schedules orientation and on-boarding meetings, ensures that newly hired employees receive essential training to understand the mission, vision, and values of SourceAmerica, the job-specific training to ensure proficiency, and helps determine professional development training needed for future success.
Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $90,000 - $115,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution
7 years of relevant work experience with recruiting, applicant tracking, human resources, Affirmative Action Plans and similar.
Demonstrated success with writing key-word optimized job postings, professional candidate management, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, data management.
Demonstrated success creating and implementing diverse and inclusive hiring and engagement practices in a corporate environment where employees are dispersed in multiple regions or states.
Preferred Qualifications
10 years human resources with a recruiting or engagement programs.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one’s proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington DC-area.
