The Graphic Designer is a self-motivated creative focused on executing impactful visual solutions for our clients and supporting the creative team at-large. They understand the fundamentals of design and apply that knowledge across all mediums, while staying on-brand and on-message/on-strategy. The Graphic Designer creates strong concepts, makes tactical design decisions, possesses strong skills with design programs and other tools, and has an in-depth knowledge of production design for print and digital. This person is innovative, collaborative and adaptable, taking and applying feedback efficiently with the end goal of reaching a winning outcome for our clients and agency.

Responsibilities
Showcase understanding of layout, color, typography, and other design fundamentals by employing these tools effectively and confidently in creative work which may include, but is not limited to, brand identity, print collateral, environmental design assets, large format signage, web designs, digital assets, mockups, and presentation materials.
Visualize, refine and implement creative ideas using latest creative software
Review brand guidelines and additional visual guidance and ensure adherence to these guidelines throughout the design process
Ensure all creative elements for individual projects maintain a consistent and polished level of design and execution
Follow best practices to prepare and deliver production ready design files to appropriate vendors
Prioritize and manage a variety of projects and deliverables across multiple clients and personal deadlines in association those
Participate in continuing education opportunities to learn new tools and sharpen pre-existing skills
Ideate multiple solutions for assignments in preliminary stages, and refines designs based on team/client feedback
Work with the Creative Lead to understand the primary client brief, scope of project and required deliverables
Work with the Creative Lead to develop design concepts or execute pre-determined design directions, contributing additional thinking/creative concepts when necessary to provide the client with the best work possible
Curate a collection of inspirational sources and integrate current trends and events into creative work
Present ideas to the Creative Lead and internal team
Understand and apply feedback efficiently and effectively
Maintain an organizational system including following protocols for file naming, file uploads and asset management.
Collaborate and communicate with project teams and managers on a daily basis, working together to move projects across the finish line.
What You Have
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer; agency experience preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and XD/Figma
Proficiency in designing for both digital and print
Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Acrobat and Google Suite (able to design in Google Slides)
Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, digital design and experiential marketing; experience in video, motion design or web development is a plus
Baseline understanding of large format or environmental design applications
Detail-oriented, organized and efficient
Collaborative and self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to balance multiple projects, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to shifting prioritize or timelines
Ability to communicate creative vision verbally and visually via sketches, moodboards, or mockups
Shows enthusiasm about learning new skills and working with a variety of team structures and deliverable types
