Overview:

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of devising and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that encompass various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and optimize conversions.

Main Roles:

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization, specializing in video marketing, copywriting, and YouTube ads. 
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and data evaluation to drive strategy formulation and informed decision-making. 
  • Led the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns encompassing Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, video marketing, and YouTube ads. 
  • Utilize campaign performance data to meticulously manage and optimize initiatives for enhanced performance and greater return on investment (ROI). 
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing endeavors and overarching business objectives. 
  • Oversee and evaluate the execution of multiple client projects, guaranteeing the fulfillment of deadlines and the attainment of desired outcomes. 
  • Provide effective supervision and leadership to a team of digital marketing specialists, offering mentorship, guidance, and continuous performance feedback. 
  • Remain current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape, reinforcing the company's competitive edge. 
Requirements :

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • Accumulate a substantial 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specializing in lead generation, conversion optimization, video marketing, and YouTube ads. 
  • Demonstrate proficient copywriting skills and a solid grasp of financial services terminology, if possible. 
  • Exhibit strong analytical acumen, incorporating experience in data analysis, market research, and competitor evaluation. 
  • Showcase exceptional project management prowess, efficiently handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously. 
  • Display a proven track record of conceiving and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, encompassing video marketing, copywriting, and YouTube ads. 
  • Exhibit proficiency in team management, having overseen a group of digital marketing specialists. 
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. 
  • Feature robust organizational skills, enabling effective task prioritization and deadline adherence. 
  • Possess expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. 
  • Ideally, have an understanding of omni channel video marketing strategies and the utilization of micro content for shorts and reels.
