Job Title: Field Executive**


**Location: Hyderabad, India**


**Job Type: Full-Time**


**Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**


**Salary : 30,000 to 70,000**


**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for proactive and driven Field Executives to expand our team. In this role, you will engage directly with manufacturers across India, introducing them to MyVerkoper and how it can significantly boost their business. This position focuses on face-to-face meetings and deal closures with clients,


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. Travel to different locations to meet potential manufacturers in person.

2. Explain the benefits of MyVerkoper, demonstrating how joining our platform can enhance their business.

3. Facilitate the onboarding of manufacturers onto the MyVerkoper platform, offering continuous account management.

4. Identify and pursue leads for potential manufacturer partnerships through in-person visits.

5. Conduct in-person product demonstrations, negotiations, and close sales deals.

6. Foster and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring their satisfaction and business success on our platform.

7. Drive sales of premium services and products, contributing to revenue growth.

8. Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.


**Key Metrics:**


- Number of manufacturers successfully onboarded.

- Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.

- Number of effective in-person meetings and product demos.

- Lead to deal conversion rate.

- Client satisfaction and retention rates.


**Qualifications:**


- Proven field sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible schedule.

- Familiarity with the educational and manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
