The Job:
As an Art Director, who works in Towson, MD, Valley City, OH, or remotely, you’ll be part of our in-house advertising agency—aka the “Studio Team”. To excel at this role, you will bring:
- A firm understanding of the creative process and an understanding of how to execute ideas based on a strategic creative brief/creative strategy
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas across a range of activations, including broadcast TV/connected TV, digital touchpoints, print/OOH, influencer marketing, and social media just to name a few
- Exceptional design skills that can visually bring to life conceptual ideas
- 360° thinking with consumer touchpoint/journey awareness — full marketing funnel understanding
- The ability to rationalize design decisions and build compelling presentations of work for clients/requestors
- Polished presentation skills
- Exceptional time management
- Experience working with large-scale brands
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player attitude with the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, incorporate feedback, and problem-solve when needed

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required
- Photo/video art direction experience preferred
- Experience managing and tracking tasks in Workfront a plus
