We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled User Researcher to join our team. A user researcher is responsible for conducting research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users. They use a variety of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to gather data and insights about users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting user research: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand user behavior and needs, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Analyzing data: Analyze user research data and synthesize insights to inform product design and development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that research insights are integrated into product development processes.
- Creating research reports: Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities: Identify new research opportunities and areas for improvement in the product development process.
- Staying up-to-date: Stay up-to-date with user research best practices, tools, and trends.
- What you will do every day:
- Daily pod stand-ups to deliver sprint outcomes
- Collaborating with Product Manager or Initiative Leaders
- Collaborating with users/customers to discover problem spaces for road mapping
- Analyzing the feedback of shipped solutions and iterating
Skills Required:
- Must know Bengali
- Curiosity - Should not operate from biases/pre-condition notion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong root cause analysis and impact analysis skills
- Extreme customer-centric mindset
- Preferred experience working with internal customers in the operations excellence domain
- Strong at collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
